Terms of service
- Failure to comply with this Terms of Service may result banned from future commissions.
- I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read and confirm the Terms of Service. The Client is responsible to clarify any unsure policy with the Artist.Commissions
- The turnaround time will depend on the commission type (up to 14 days). I usually work on weekdays.
- The countdown starts only after the first payment (sketch approval).
- I have the right to decline any commission.
- I work based on the queue line or closest deadline.
- Only minor revisions after the sketch approval, additional fees will be charged for excessive revisions, or even cancellation of the work.Payment
- Payment will be done after I send you the invoice via Paypal in USD ($).
- Commission price in this carrd has not included a small tax (VGen price has already included tax fee).
- Payment can be done either 50/50 (first before I start the project and the other part once I finish the rendering) or full payment upfront.MONETIZED CONTENT
- Additional fee for 20% of the total commission cost.
⤷This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for profitable digital activities, such as [but not limited to]: Monetized video creation, such as music video, marketing purpose, lore videos, etc.Monetized content fee is not required for stream or video thumbnails.COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISING
- Additional fee for 100% of the total commission cost,
⤷This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for mass distribution and/ or profitable activities, such as [but not limited to]: Printing the artwork for sale, using the artwork for merchandise design/ sale, keychains, etc.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
- Additional fee for 10% of the total commission cost
⤷Private commissions process cannot be shown in any case, and/or the final product cannot be showcased on my social medias and public portfolios at any time.Refund & Cancellation
Refund and cancellation can only be done under circumstances such as:- I, the Artist, is the one who cancelled it and/ or unable to finish the commission.
- The commission exceeded the due date the Artist and the Client agreed to previously. (this is only for commissions with an specific due date).
⤷For cancellation mid-commission requested by the Client, a partial refund is available considering the workflow (%). Upon cancellation, partially completed work will not be sent to the Client. If the commission is completed (final stage), refund is not available.Usage Rights
- I, the Artist, own the intellectual property rights & copyrights to the art work(s) and any original design. The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belongs to their respective owners
- Commissioned artwork (s) are personal use only. Otherwise, client(s) paid for the commercial rights that stated above
- I, the Artist, have the rights to stream my work progress and showcased the final work on any social media, unless it's a private commission.
- The Client is prohibited to resell the personal use commission/ artwork
